Relaxed social gatherings where participants can unwind, share stories, or simply enjoy the atmosphere.

Peer Support Circles

Biweekly – Around a fire, under a tree, or beside the lake
Facilitated peer groups that allow for safe, supportive conversation in natural settings.

Mountain Biking for Beginners

Monthly from May to October – Rail trails and forest access roads
Casual-paced rides that include basic instruction, bike handling tips, and group encouragement.

Horseback Nature Sessions

Partner-based – Booking required
Calm, supported trail rides designed to increase confidence and deepen connection with animals and the outdoors.

Outdoor Leadership Pathways

Rolling enrolment
Opportunities for participants to take on small roles in guiding, co-facilitating, or planning programs as a form of skill-building and confidence development.

Bushcraft and Survival Skills Weekends

One weekend per month – Forested camp locations
Includes shelter-building, pit cooking, foraging basics, tool-making, water collection, fire skills, and safe use of traditional techniques.

Dog Walking Group

Weekday mornings – Vernon off-leash areas and nature paths
Join a group of like-minded people (and friendly dogs) for therapeutic movement and casual companionship.

Solo Reflection Walks

First Sunday of each month – Self-guided with optional group check-in
Designed for personal reflection through quiet walking, journaling, or observation.

Mentorship and Listening Walks

Scheduled individually or in small groups
Informal walks with trained peer supporters for check-ins, goal-setting, or simply being heard.

Snorkelling and Beach Days

Select dates in July and August – Hidden beach locations
A relaxed day in the sun with masks, floaties, and good company. Come to unplug and recharge.

Adventure Readiness Workshops

Monthly – Trailhead or basecamp settings
Learn navigation, map reading, geocaching, orienteering, and weather preparedness in a hands-on, supportive environment.
