Monthly from May to October – Rail trails and forest access roads

Bushcraft and Survival Skills Weekends
One weekend per month – Forested camp locations
Includes shelter-building, pit cooking, foraging basics, tool-making, water collection, fire skills, and safe use of traditional techniques.
Dog Walking Group
Weekday mornings – Vernon off-leash areas and nature paths
Join a group of like-minded people (and friendly dogs) for therapeutic movement and casual companionship.
Solo Reflection Walks
